From Chaos to Connection - Parenting that Feels Right
Hi Reader, What. A. Week. I’ve launched The Wild Child Parent Coach brand (eek!), squeezed in a whirlwind trip to Skye to see my bestie, ran a school workshop, supported my clients, AND kept up with my own business coaching programme. Oh, and let’s not forget the two bonus parenting days thanks to a bank holiday and a mildly poorly child (not that poorly – just enough to need snacks and cuddles on tap). So yes, I’m feeling a little low on energy today… and maybe you're feeling it too? This will be the final newsletter under the Peacefully Parented name as I begin to shift everything over to The Wild Child Parent Coach. There’s so much good stuff coming your way, and I’m really excited to share it. But – real talk – I have a habit of trying to sprint before I’ve even laced up my shoes. So I’m reminding myself: one step at a time. No need to rush. Rome wasn’t built in a day (and neither are new brands, apparently!). Right now, I’m also deep in my own coaching journey – back in the client seat as a student in my own business coaching programme. And wow… it’s humbling. This work is emotional, confronting, messy, and anything but perfect. The start of any coaching journey often looks like this: Check out this reel about "Practice Making Perfect"... That’s exactly why I work with parents for at least 12 weeks. This stuff takes time. It’s not just about knowing what to do...it’s about unpacking why things feel hard in the moment.
But even in the mess, there’s this quiet inner voice whispering: “Yes. This is the way. Keep going.” Because your inner wisdom KNOWS that this is the right path. Tiny pivots lead to massive transformation. So I’m right there with you – in the trenches. Looking at my own patterns now through the lens of being a business owner. Noticing insecurity, overwhelm, comparison, perfectionism... and doing the work to meet them with curiosity instead of fear. If you’re ready to do this work too, I’m here for it. To sit alongside you, talk through the tough moments, dust you off, give you a pep talk, and send you back in. And before I go… apropos of nothing at all… With love and deep breaths, Fiona
