💬 And then there were the moments in session that stopped me in my tracks…
These weren’t testimonials or feedback forms—just raw, honest words that tumbled out in the middle of our work together:

- A counsellor helps you work through your trauma—but no one tells you what to do when your child explodes and you feel like a triggered eight-year-old all over again.
- A child therapist helps you decode your child’s behaviour—but doesn’t help you navigate the late-night arguments with your partner about how to handle it.
- A mum’s mental health app offers meditations and affirmations—but doesn’t address why you’re snapping at your kids by 8:15am every day.
- A parenting book gives strategies for calmer mornings—but doesn’t hold you through the grief of your own unmet needs.
- A wellness course helps you feel more regulated—but doesn’t speak to the silent resentment simmering between you and your partner when it comes to the emotional load.
🧶 This work holds all the threads
We look at you - your nervous system, your patterns, your overwhelm.
